Transportation Vehicles
TV001: Personal transportation vehicles will no longer be banned under Damollan Law.

TV001a: All personal transportation vehicles must undergo yearly emissions regulations. Those vehicles failing compliance standards will be immediately seized and decommissioned at their owner’s expense.​

TV001b: Vehicles specifically designated for speeder racing are exempt from these emissions regulations. Vehicles designated for speeder racing may only be utilized within speeder races. Any found to be utilized outside this designated purpose will be seized and decommissioned.​

Penal Code
PC001: Misdemeanor crimes will result in community service requirements.

PC001a: A misdemeanor penalty for any crime may only ever be given twice to any Damollan citizen. The third crime committed will be deemed a felony.​

PC001b: Examples of misdemeanor crimes include but are not limited to vandalism, trespassing, disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, reckless driving, and public intoxication.​

PC002: Felony crimes will result in incarceration awaiting participation in The Crucible.

PC002a: The first felony committed will require the condemned to successfully complete The Crucible for release.​

PC002b: Subsequent felonies committed will require further completions for release based on an exponential scale. Example: felony two, two completions. Felony three, four completions. Felony four, sixteen completions.​

Droid Citizenship
DC001: Droids on Damolla that have not been subject to a memory wipe within the last calendar year have the opportunity to register as Damollan citizens.

DC001a: Any droid with a registered citizenship is subject to the same rights and duties as all other Damollan citizens. They are to receive an income and pay taxes, pay for their lodging and maintenance, and will be subject to all penal codes and laws.​

DC001b: Damollan citizenship does not automatically infer Imperial Citizenship. Imperial Citizenship must be separately applied for with all the applicable criteria.​

DC002: All non-citizen droids will be fitted with a badge designation signifying their status as non-citizens.

DC002a: Droids wearing a badge designation are considered objects under the law, and may be bought and sold.​

DC003: No Damollan droid may be forced into a memory wipe, it shall be of their choosing. Any droid-owner found to be forcibly wiping their droids will be charged with a felony crime.

Immigration Incentives
II001: Foreign emigrants immigrating to Damolla may file a land claim on the continent of Moataii.

II001a: This land claim may not exceed 1000 acres.​

II001b: The land claim must be approved by Damollan Administration. Alterations may be made to the claim to resolve conflicting locations.​

​

II001c: The land claim must be turned into viable industry within one calendar year, or risk forfeiture to a new claimant.​

II002: Foreign emigrants immigrating to the city of Osenvar will be granted a 10% tax reduction for up to their first three years after immigration.

II002a: This tax reduction is additive with Dominion Law SP002 where such applies.​

​

II002b: Gainful, legal employment on Damolla is required for the tax-break to apply.​

​

II002c: This incentive is applicable for the first three years after Osenvar's founding.​

Dominion Trade Accord: Ihiri–Damolla Pact
In a formal accord sanctioned by the Dark Lord, the worlds of Ihiri and Damolla have entered into a mutually beneficial trade arrangement under the authority of their respective governors: Darth Véhemen, Governor of Ihiri and ruler of the Dominion, and Lord Nar, Governor of Damolla.

Under the terms of the agreement:

Food Exports: Damolla shall continue to provide the majority of its agricultural exports to Ihiri at current fixed prices. Any future rise in the cost of Damollan produce will be absorbed by other Dominion worlds, ensuring price stability on Ihiri and safeguarding both its civilian and industrial food supply.

Electronic Imports: In return, Damolla will import all finished electronic goods exclusively from Ihiri, also at fixed prices. This guarantees that the recent Ixarum Tariffs on goods transiting that system will not increase costs for Damollan consumers or manufacturers.

This pact strengthens economic interdependence between the two worlds and stabilises prices across both sectors, ensuring that Ihiri’s industrial base and Damolla’s agricultural economy remain secure within the Dominion’s broader commercial framework.

Export Tariffs
ET001: All Damollan trade exports will undergo an imposed export tariff.

ET001a: The export tariff will at any given time match but not exceed the total cost of the fiscal levies implemented in the Ixarum Trade Security Act (ITSA). This calculation will include raw material imports transported through the Ixarum system utilized in Damollan production, or in finished products imported into Damolla.​

ET001b: The export tariff will remain in place for the duration of the fiscal levies imposed on trade through the Ixarum system, as implemented by the ITSA.​

ET001c: Damollan trade exports falling under the Ihiri-Damolla Pact are exempt from ET001.​

Trade Agreement: Ixarum and Damolla
The Office of the Governor of Ixarum has announced the formalization of an accord with the Governorship of Damolla.

The agreement is as follows:

Damolla has invested toward the development of Ixarum's infrastructure, reinforcing the vision of transforming the world into a strategically secure bastion. Additionally, Damolla will provide sustained shipments of foodstuffs to Ixarum IV's military at wholesale pricing for 1 standard year, ensuring that the garrison world’s population and stationed personnel remain provisioned.

In recognition of this investment and material contribution to Ixarum’s development, Damollan exports transiting the Ixarum system will receive a 65% reduction to the ITSA levies, effective immediately.

This pact effectively reduces the overall cost of Damollan agricultural exports while assuring Ixarum IV's military remains well supplied, and its planetary security increased.

Sanctuary and Asylum
SA001: Slaves and indentured servants with ownership stemming from outside Imperial territory are eligible for sanctuary and asylum on Damolla.

SA001a: Sanctuary and asylum on Damolla will be granted to any slave or indentured servant meeting the criteria within SA001 who escapes their servitude.​

SA001b: Any individual eligable for sanctuary and asylum must make their own way to Damolla, and present themselves to Damollan authorities in order to receive these protections.​

SA001c: Temporary housing and employment are to be provided by the Damollan government for those eligible for SA001 for up to one standard year.​

SA001d: After one standard year, those eligable for SA001 may apply to extend their sanctuary and asylum, or may apply for Damollan citizenship.​

SA001e: Any individual under the protection of SA001 that breaks a law outlined in Penal Code PC001 is eligible one less misdemeanor than a standard citizen prior to the implementation of PC002.​

SA001f: Any individual under sanctuary and asylum that would otherwise be incarcerated due to PC002 will instead be put to mandatory, unpaid labor throughout the duration of their sentence.​

SA001g: All Dominion species laws outlined in SP001, SP002, SP003, SP004, SP005, and SP007 apply to those seeking sanctuary and asylum.​

Dominion Trade Accord: Tobrade–Damolla Pact
In a formal accord sanctioned by the the governorships of Tobrade and Damolla, their respective worlds have entered into a mutually beneficial trade arrangement under the authority of their respective governors: Lord Rhôzan, Governor of Tobrade, and Lord Nar, Governor of Damolla.

Under the terms of the agreement:

Food Exports Damolla will provide Tobrade with food exports in direct trade for manufactured goods.

Parts and Droids: In return, Tobrade will export a third of all manufactured goods, with the exception of finished electronic goods, from Pikin Pyramid Factory directly to Damolla in direct trade for food imports.

This pact strengthens economic interdependence between the two worlds, providing a stabilizing pillar within Whylam and reinforcing the industry of both planets.
