Objectives:
- To establish a secure frontier.
- To expand on the system's naval and privateering assets.
- To explore and research the many scientific anomalies within the system.
- To extract the natural resources within the asteroid belts.
Objective: To provide a significant level threat to any aggressors who encroach on The Zula Dominion. To do so via;
- Establishing a permanent imperial security presence throughout the system.
- Establish military outposts, academies, bases and space stations.
- Establish listening posts and long-range sensor stations.
- Expansion of current military outposts, bases and space stations.
- Expansion of local recruitment and enlistment into the imperial forces.
- Integration of existing pirating vessels and mercenaries into privateering forces via the IPA.
- Establish a Bureau of Ships and Services to monitor all incoming and outgoing space traffic.
- Construction of orbital platforms for docking, fueling and repairing facilities.
Objective: To survey the asteroid belt for strategic, economic and scientific opportunities.
- Map previously unexplored regions of the system, including remote asteroid clusters, moons and deep-space objects.
- Establish scientific outposts and survey stations.
- Acquire or convert smaller vessels for long-range reconnaissance and scientific surveying.
- Dispatch expeditions to derelict stations, abandoned settlements and unexplained structures.
- Catalogue any unusual phenomena, signals or locations discovered during expeditions.
- Locate large or stable asteroids suitable for habitation, shipyards, depots or fortified installations.
- Maintain a central database of scientific discoveries, resources, hazards and other information.
Objective: To develop the system's raw resource extraction and create a reliable logistics network to support trade.
- Expand industrial capacity throughout the Little Sister system.
- Expansion of existing mining and manufacturing operations.
- Construction of ore-processing and refining facilities.
- Construction of facilities capable of producing weapons, armour, ammunition and military equipment.
- Importation of engineers, technicians and skilled labour to establish and operate new industries.
- Development of local training programmes to gradually produce a self-sufficient industrial workforce.
- Establish freighter operations for the movement of minerals, fuel and industrial materials.
- Acquisition or construction of bulk freighters, cargo shuttles and transport vessels.
- Construction of cargo depots, warehouses and distribution centres at major settlements and orbital facilities.
