Little Sister Laws
The following laws and directives apply solely to the Little Sister star system. In all other matters of jurisdiction the laws of the Zula Dominion take precedence. Failure to adhere to these laws will result in the appropriate action taken by the Office of the Governor.

The following laws and directives apply solely to the Little Sister star system. In all other matters of jurisdiction the laws of the Zula Dominion take precedence. Failure to adhere to these laws will result in the appropriate action taken by the Office of the Governor.
Restricted Access Act (RAA)
- RAA001: A restricted zone shall be maintained around all military installations in the system. Entry into these zone is strictly forbidden without the official clearance. Any unauthorized vessel breaching or attempting to breach a zone shall be subject to immediate interdiction, disabling fire, or potential destruction upon noncompliance.
- RAA002: A restricted zone shall be maintained around the Lament's Rift . Entry into this zone is strictly forbidden without clearance from the Office of the Governor or Dark Lord. Any unauthorized vessel breaching or attempting to breach this zone shall be subject to immediate interdiction, disabling fire, or potential destruction upon noncompliance.
System Development Act (SDA)
- SDA001: All minerals, ores and other materials extracted from the system's asteroid belt shall be subject to a mandatory levy, the proceeds of which are to be exclusively allocated to the construction, expansion and maintenance of infrastructure, military assets and administrative facilities under the control of the Office of the Governor.
- SDA001a: The levy shall be calculated by extracted tonnage, market value and strategic classification.
- SDA001b: Failure to pay the levy within prescribed deadlines shall incur fines, accrued daily until compliance. Mineral shipments, vessels or other facilities involved in noncompliance may be confiscated by the Office of the Governor. In extreme cases, responsible personnel may be reassigned to labor duties under direct supervision.
