Ixarum Law
The following laws and directives apply specifically to Ixarum. Where conflict arises, Zula Dominion law and Imperial statute take precedence.
Ixarum Water Control Act (IWCA)
- IWCA001: All water extraction, distribution, and storage is the sole property of the Governor’s Office.
- IWCA001a: Civilian consumption shall be rationed according to contribution and class; violation constitutes theft of Dominion property.
- IWCA001b: Hoarding or smuggling of water carries penalty of public execution or penal conscription.
Ixarum Military Priority Act (IMPA)
- IMPA001: Military personnel shall receive first priority in allocation of housing, rations, and medical care.
- IMPA001a: Civilian access to medical facilities, transport, or utilities may be delayed or denied if military use requires it.
- IMPA001b: Any civilian obstruction of military requisition constitutes sedition and will be punished accordingly.
