The Ntari Colonial Administration is the bureaucratic body which keeps the colony running as part of the dominion, rather than an independent and lawless place. Comprised of multiple departments, the administration regulates, legislates and administrates the colony to ensure things remain in order, as well as to stimulate growth and development.

While the colony is small, the Administration does not need to be overly large, however it is actively recruiting those in civil service roles in preparation for its upward scale.

These such bodies and their remits are as follows.

Housing and Migration
The department of Housing and Migration controls these two elements largely in tandem. It ensures that all housing within the colony is up to an 'acceptable standard' for dwelling, and ensures new homes are built to a sufficient quantity to enable steady and affordable migration. The housing department also ensures that those colonists deserving of more luxurious homes have reasonable and 'fair' pathways to attain them, and is always happy to relocate those less deserving into the bloc apartments instead.

Due to the low population of the colony, the department presently handles all maintenance, renovation and redecoration contracts for its citizens as well.

The department also ensures migrants coming to the world have a place to stay. It ensures that its accommodation options are advertised to entice new colonists to move, and ensures those migrants have all the necessary documentation and rights to move to the frontier world. Working alongside the department of Education and Employment, the Migration Officers also ensures the incoming populace have suitable jobs lined up prior to their arrival.

Education and Employment
The department of Education and Employment ensures every man, woman and child in the colony is working toward the betterment of Ntari.

While there are no formal schools within the colony, the department arranges school groups and dispenses materials required for the education of children within the plaza at Anchorage, which serves as a school in lieu of a proper building. Children are educated in the usual topics of the Empire's curriculum and are pushed toward STEM industries to support the demand of growth on Ntari, using apprenticeships to achieve this. Those who underperform are instead pushed into labour intensive roles, such as fishmongering, oil rigging or domestic contracting within the department of Housing and Migration.

In addition the department also ensures that every able bodied adult is in full-time employment. Each individual is assessed, tested and scored upon their work ethic, certifications and experience. High scorers are expected to be in high demand roles and should maintain them. Anybody working in a position lower than their score is reassigned a job at the earliest convenience to ensure maximum efficiency across the board.

All for the benefit of the colony.

Place, Transport and Infrastructure
This department looks after the colony in a more physical sense. Here, the colony is planned, designed and approved. Companies must submit their planning applications to the board, as well as their operating licenses and all suitable supportive documentation. This enables the administration to zone new platforms for incoming industries, and ensure infrastructure is built to sustain growth. This is the department that manages the spaceport and tradeport alike, and deals with revenue generated from tax and other means.

However, it also looks after more recreational elements. It builds entertainment plazas for cantinas, restaurants and sports. It designs the streets, ensuring there is adequate waste disposal in place and all the usual creature comforts one might enjoy in a Dominion world.

Lastly, it also manages the shuttle timetable to the wider dominion and arranges frequent bus travel between Anchorage and Ondros haven.
