Little Sister Laws

The following laws and directives apply solely to the Little Sister star system. In all other matters of jurisdiction the laws of the Zula Dominion take precedence. Failure to adhere to these laws will result in the appropriate action taken by the Office of the Governor.

Restricted Access Act (RAA)

• RAA001: A restricted zone shall be maintained around all military installations in the system. Entry into these zone is strictly forbidden without the official clearance. Any unauthorized vessel breaching or attempting to breach a zone shall be subject to immediate interdiction, disabling fire, or potential destruction upon noncompliance.
  
  
• RAA002: A restricted zone shall be maintained around the Lament's Rift . Entry into this zone is strictly forbidden without clearance from the Office of the Governor or Dark Lord. Any unauthorized vessel breaching or attempting to breach this zone shall be subject to immediate interdiction, disabling fire, or potential destruction upon noncompliance.

System Development Act (SDA)

• SDA001: All minerals, ores and other materials extracted from the system's asteroid belt shall be subject to a mandatory levy, the proceeds of which are to be exclusively allocated to the construction, expansion and maintenance of infrastructure, military assets and administrative facilities under the control of the Office of the Governor.
  
  
• SDA001a: The levy shall be calculated by extracted tonnage, market value and strategic classification.
  
  
• SDA001b: Failure to pay the levy within prescribed deadlines shall incur fines, accrued daily until compliance. Mineral shipments, vessels or other facilities involved in noncompliance may be confiscated by the Office of the Governor. In extreme cases, responsible personnel may be reassigned to labor duties under direct supervision.

Imperial Privateering Act (IPA)

• IPA001: A Privateer License may be issued or sold to individual ship captains or registered commercial entities at the discretion of the Office of the Governor.
  
  
• IPA001a: A valid license authorizes the holder to conduct hostile actions against enemy, non-Imperial merchant and cargo vessels operating within the territorial jurisdiction of the Little Sister system.
  
  
• IPA001b: A Privateer License may be granted in reprisal, suspending any active bounties or charges against the licensed vessel and its captain for the duration of sanctioned service to the Empire.
  
  
• IPA001c: Any license may be revoked, and all suspended charges immediately reinstated, should a captain or vessel act in violation of this act or exceed the authority granted herein. All actions undertaken under said license remain subject to Dominion and Imperial Law; failure to uphold shall result in prosecution.
  
  
• IPA001d: All cargo, vessels, credits and materials seized under the authority of this act shall be subject to an Imperial levy, assessed according to the value of the plunder, with the designated portion remitted to the government.

Verdantia Agricultural Reclassification Act (VARA)

• VARA001: Verdantia is hereby redesignated as an Imperial Agricultural Settlement, tasked with the sustained production of foodstuffs and other biological resources for the Little Sister system.
  
  
• VARA001a: The Eden Biosphere shall be repurposed into a Primary Cultivation Zone.
  
  
• VARA001b: The Haven District shall be restructured to house essential agricultural personnel, administrators and logistics staff, with accommodations reassigned based on operational necessity.
  
  
• VARA001c: Verdantia shall operate under mandatory production quotas, with all yields measured, recorded, and audited on a rotational cycle.
