The Path of Conflict
Peace is a lie. It lulls the weak into complacency and makes them forget what it means to fight. Conflict is truth, it is the crucible through which all strength is proven. Every Sith who serves beneath me must understand this: if you wish to ascend, you will not do so through courtesy or patience. You will climb tomorrow by standing upon the backs of those who stand as your peers today.
Too many of you have mistaken civility for loyalty, and cooperation for purpose. Bonds may serve you when they sharpen the blade, but they are chains when they blunt it. Work together when it suits the Dominion, but never forget that the measure of a Sith is made in how they are compared against their peers.
The rules of the powerbase exist to preserve structure, not to smother ambition. Random attacks and uncontrolled violence are unacceptable disorder, and such is the way of savages, not Sith. Yet, when violence is employed with precision, with timing and intent, it becomes a weapon of ascension. A calculated strike that removes a rival or exposes a fraud is no crime if it strengthens the order. Boldness is not always punished. Victory is its own absolution.
Do not hide behind silence. Speak! When a peer fails, when a leader falters, when arrogance clouds judgement, expose it. Let your words cut as sharply as any blade might cut. Report the inadequacies of those who led and those who followed. If your peers crumble beneath criticism, let them crumble; the strong will remain.
Understand this: timidity is treason against your own potential. A Sith who waits to be noticed will die unseen. The one who dares, who risks, who acts with boldness, that one is remembered. We are the flame that devours stagnation, and we do not beg for permission to burn.
Those who would rise must grasp this truth: strength is not inherited; it is seized. Step forward. Challenge. Expose. Strike. Win. Or falter, waiting for the day someone noticed you as worthy of advancement.
