What do you call upon to deepen your reserves of power?
This was a question I posed to our Sith in recent months, and the results were informative, even validating, if somewhat unsurprising.
I believe that there are fundamentally seven emotions to which the Dark Side strongly responds. Some may refer to them as sins, but I do not believe in such a thing, only in passion and in power.
I do believe however that they are unequal in their strength, and that ultimately one must be superior. I also believe that one such source alone will be insufficient for my needs; I require power in abundance, the Dark Side made manifest, a purer expression than even the workings of more mundane Sorcery, if it can ever truly be described as such.
Each emotion, each ripple in the Force is a strand in its tapestry. I must find the strongest strands and the pattern in which to weave them in order to create something more. With this, we will be a force to be reckoned with.
It is possible. I have felt it, breathed it.
