A speech held to the Faculty of History and Dominion Studies

History does not favour the timid, and it does not remember the meek. It is those among us who grasp history and understand the tides of power who grow to shape it, and leave those who do not in the footnotes. I have chosen to become the Patron of the programmes of History and Dominion Studies because they are, more than most knowledge, tools to reshape the galaxy and the world around us.

Many may look down upon students of history as bookworms or neutral observers while others take action, but that is a false belief. Our understanding of what has occurred has consequences for the situation of the galaxy as it is, and, wielded correctly, it is a weapon without equal.

Through their skill and the programmes beneath this faculty, we learn how to best conquer our enemies and rebuild them into useful societies. We learn what has happened, so that we may do better next time, to grow stronger in the absence of the weakness that has long since fallen.

We chart the civilisations of old and rebellions quelled, not to mourn the dead, but to make certain that next time, they are not ours. We study the Order and the Dominion not as relics or curiosities, but as lessons in the supremacy of those able to seize power.

The conquests of the Dominion and Darth Véhemen are not accidents of fate. They are the result of knowledge sharpened into strategy. Our Colonial Administration graduates will turn worlds into loyal engines of power. Our scholars of Military History will ensure victory long before the first shot is fired, and our Economic Archaeologists seek to recover what others have forgotten: knowledge is the blood of empire, and we will not let it flow away from us.

Power is the birthright of the determined.

Make no mistake: you are not mere observers of history. You are its future authors, among those who will decide which civilisations endure, and which collapse into dust and irrelevance.

Remember: knowledge is the first conquest - and the most decisive.

A speech held at the Faculty of Science and Military Innovation

The path of a scientist is one filled with a great many trials. I look out and see young faces brimming with excitement for what is to come, eager to prove themselves. During your studies here, I am certain that you will have access to all the wonders of experimental elements and materials. However, there is one that is often overlooked. Its importance and its properties cannot be overstated.

Genius. Genius is combustible.

There are those among you who possess the spark to ignite it. Your schematics and experiments will begin the conflagration that will see thousands of forges burning bright in the wake of your enlightenment. You will begin a chain reaction within these halls that will echo across the Dominion, engulfing its enemies in the wake of your grand designs. You will feel the envy of your colleagues and the admiration of your betters.

As Benefactor to the Faculty of Science and Military Innovation, I will be a catalyst, watching closely to see who among you can set the Dominion ablaze with innovation, and which of you are merely kindling.

If you nurture this spark and have the courage never to step back from the precipice of immolation, I can promise you this: the future is bright.

The Oration of the Third Eye

Egalitarianism is a plague. Elevation of such a doctrine is merely a symptom of a deeper sickness, it is correct that rationality is rooted in the ontological foundation of sentience, that each individual here has a congenital duty to ensure the sovereign ruling of the logos.

There is a transcendental necessity for reason... While the affirmation that truth is necessary and immutable, this necessity is not contingent on any select few. It is a journey that must be enacted not by a select grouping, but by those with the will and strength to seek it out, for reason is not a commodity that we chase, but instead the ineluctable condition for the possibility of experience. It is within this inescapable framework of a priori concepts; The nexus of understanding that allows any sentient to impose order on the chaotic onslaught of sensory impression.

It is an un-negotiable test of maxims, demanding sacrifice that if made wide spread would rip and tear at the very fabric of the Galaxy, but it is not for all. It simply cannot be. One cannot hand out the eradication of the tyranny of sentiment to the mass populace as though this is duty.

If the notion of moral law, the cultivation of the logos is universal, then every rational being has capability of apprehending and choosing to follow the law, would the existence of the Third Eye not dispute the notion that all are not simply cogs in the magnificent machine, that by definition of your ration essence consecrated by that very Galactic structure?

Servitude to the logos does not lie in retaking governance of the mind for the elite. It is reclamation of governance of the mind for the self, only then can one stand as their own rational sovereign to serve at the highest possible capacity.

Should an epoch fail to uphold this, should the chaotic maxims devour itself in contradiction, then it is demanded by the logos to answer with immaculate deconstruction, purging the roots of its failed hypothesis. And us, the instruments of reason.

Thank you for your time.

A speech held at the Faculty of Economics and Political Order

That wealth is a mark of power goes without saying. Some deem it a crude, even vulgar form of power and many are those who consider themselves above it. The truth of the matter is this: Fortune and Prosperity go hand in hand, and we owe our gratitude to both for our Dominion's growth and the very existence of this university - built by gold, sustained by tribute, and justified by its return.

Your university aims to train leaders and inheritors of the realms that we craft today - that we inherited by those who came before. Our Empire ever expands through generations as power passes to power, ferried by fortunes built by innovation, discovery and conquest. Victory begets wealth that funnels directly back into the very machine that drives our conquest and expansion throughout the galaxy - keeping our territories secure, our enemies at bay and our people safe.

Authority alone does not feed entire nations, worlds or territories, nor enable their development. It does not wage war in their entirety or advance weapons technologies, medicine or carry the troops on well outfitted ships... Fortune does. Wealth is a vehicle through which success and victory is ultimately achieved, and control can be assured.

This Faculty, this seat of knowledge and springboard of the future, is not merely an academic institution. It is an engine of control. Here, you study not just numbers but the levers of civilization. Every exchange you balance, every route and theory you refine, is a whisper in the ear of power. When you understand economics, you understand command. You shape markets as we shape minds - through pressure, persuasion, and the will to dominate outcomes.

As your Benefactor and Seneschal of the Dominion, I'll be keenly observing your progress and taking a personal interest in your futures. Those who shine and excel above the rest may find themselves serving the Dominion directly in the near future to put the university's teachings into practice, making you living examples of its truths.

The future will rest heavy on your shoulders, for such is the burden of the power you will learn to wield. Savour it, and you will be the very architects of our lasting Prosperity.
